Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to manage customer projects, analyze business processes, gather requirements, manage project plans, support testing and implementation, with experience in ERP systems, SQL, and Agile.
مطلوب Business Analyst – Iraqi Local Only لدى شركة ICT دولية معروفة 📍 الموقع: بغداد – العراق تعلن شركة دولية رائدة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ICT عن حاجتها إلى تعيين Business Analyst محترف وذو خبرة لإدارة مشاريع العملاء من مرحلة البداية وحتى التسليم النهائي، والعمل كمستشار موثوق لضمان تقديم حلول عالية الجودة. 🔹 المهام والمسؤوليات: تحليل العمليات التجارية مثل: Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Payroll, Accounting, POS وتحويلها إلى حلول فعالة ضمن أنظمة ERP. جمع وتوثيق المتطلبات، إعداد مستندات SRS وطلبات التغيير، وكتابة User Stories ومعايير القبول Acceptance Criteria. إدارة خطط المشروع والمراحل الزمنية، دعم عمليات التنفيذ و UAT، والعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية مع العملاء. الإشراف على اختبار الحلول، تكامل الأنظمة، التدريب، ودعم ما بعد التنفيذ. 🔹 المتطلبات: خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال مشابه. معرفة قوية بأنظمة ERP ويفضل نظام Odoo. خبرة في منهجيات Agile. خلفية تقنية ومعرفة بـ SQL. مهارات عالية في التوثيق والعرض والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية. 📩 طريقة التقديم: على المؤهلين إرسال السيرة الذاتية بشكل مباشر أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي: [email protected]
