Tishk International University is expanding its IT team to develop a university-wide Student Information System, looking for a Scrum Master, Frontend Developer, and UI/UX Designer with specified skills and experience.

Tishk International University (TIU) Tishk International University is expanding its IT & Digital Systems Team to develop a next-generation Student Information System (SIS) — a comprehensive platform to improve academic and administrative management across the university. Available Positions: 1. Scrum Master – Erbil Lead and support a cross-functional team in developing TIU’s next-generation Student Information System (SIS). Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Ensure smooth communication between technical and academic teams • Promote Agile methodology and remove team blockers Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Strong coordination and leadership skills • Background in software development environments preferred 2. Frontend Developer (React + Tailwind CSS) – Erbil Join the SIS development team to build modern and responsive user interfaces. Responsibilities: • Develop dynamic front-end features using React and Tailwind CSS • Collaborate with backend and design teams • Ensure performance optimization and consistent UI Requirements: • Proficiency in React.js and Tailwind CSS • Experience with TypeScript and REST APIs preferred • Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills 3. UI/UX Designer – Erbil Design intuitive, modern, and engaging user experiences for TIU’s digital platforms. Responsibilities: • Create design systems and interactive layouts in Figma or Adobe XD • Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy • Conduct usability testing and refine user flows Requirements: • Proven experience in web or application UI/UX design • Strong design portfolio and attention to detail • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards 4. Backend Developer (Node.js + TypeScript | NestJS preferred) – Erbil Build and maintain the backend architecture powering TIU’s SIS platform. Responsibilities: • Develop scalable APIs and core backend logic • Integrate with databases and authentication systems • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of data services Requirements: • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS is a plus) • Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL) • Familiarity with cloud hosting and microservices 5. System Administrator – Erbil Support and manage the university’s IT infrastructure and internal systems.
