This entry-level role involves supporting various aspects of the ERP system, including user training, data entry, and basic troubleshooting. You will work closely with our ERP implementation team to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support for end-users. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience with enterprise software systems while contributing to our organization's success. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation of the ERP system, including data migration and configuration. • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes and system functionalities. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues related to the ERP system. • Assist in maintaining system documentation and training materials. • Participate in ongoing system enhancements and updates as needed. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the ERP system's performance and usability.
