Gulf cryo is looking to hire Sales coordinator Provide the necessary support to the field sales team. Become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company Core Department Functions: ▪️ Input all orders received in ERP system. ▪️ Creation of all customer profiles in ERP system. ▪️ Monitor and input pricing of products to customers. ▪️ Monitor purchase orders, sales agreements, and contracts. ▪️ Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered products, methods, and delivery time. ▪️ Follow-up on customer service issues to ensure proper order completion. ▪️ Monitor Inventory / Brand (SOH) ▪️ Provide customer or sales information as required. ▪️ Fulfil all CRM requirements. ▪️ Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development. ▪️ Coordinate after sales projects with corresponding accounts for all brands ▪️ Comply with company policies and procedures at all times. ▪️ Coordinate aftersales procurement activities ▪️ Develop & present customer & product sales reports & analysis. Other Responsibilities ▪️ Report immediately all incidents, accidents, unsafe condition to the immediate supervisor. Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development. ▪️ Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance. ▪️ Perform other duties as assigned Authorities: ▪️ Booking sales orders ▪️ Creating and changing price lists / as per management instructions while complying with the price authorization matrix ▪️ Creating sales agreements . ▪️ Conduct customer satisfaction survey. Working Environment The position follows the normal working environment of the organization. ▪️ Indoor: 70 % ▪️ Outdoor: 30 % ▪️ Working Hazard: Low ▪️ Working Days: 5 days ▪️ Days Off: 2 days ▪️ Working Hours: 8:00 To 5:00 Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years' experience in sales related role Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication skills.
