BANKING E-PAYMENT SERVICES SALES ( MERCHANT ADVISOR ) opportunity in Erbil Leading bank in KRG and Iraq -Market Research: Conduct surveys in Erbil to identify potential merchants and cash points -Merchant Support: Provide ongoing assistance and issue resolution for recruited merchants and cashpoints. -Customer Engagement: Contact existing customers to inform them about new procedures and regulations from the bank. -Sales: Understand customer requirements and effectively close sales and onboard clients. -Data Management: Maintain accurate records by entering daily visit and sales data into the company's database. -Reputation Management: Uphold and enhance the company's reputation through professional interactions. -Sales Quota: Strive to meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth. -Market Insights: Gather market requirements and suggest new services based on customer feedback. Requirements: -Proven experience as sales representative or other sales/customer service role. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. -Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. -Ability to Multitask. owns a car Languages: -Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus).
