📢 هەلی کار لە هەولێر – پسپۆری IT Job Vacancy – IT Specialist Company: Swiss Rose Company Location: Erbil – Kirkuk Road Work Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Application Deadline: 30 September 2025 ⸻ Job Title: IT Specialist Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft services (Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Group Policy). • Configure and support Cisco-based networks (CCNA level or higher). • Implement and monitor firewall & network security solutions (Fortinet, Sophos, or equivalent). • Manage backup and storage systems (Veeam, Synology, QNAP). • Utilize monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds) for proactive system and network checks. • Provide L2 & L3 technical support to ensure stable IT operations. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in system or network administration. • Strong hands-on experience with virtualization and enterprise IT infrastructure. • Proven knowledge in network security and backup solutions. • Cisco certification (CCNA or higher) preferred. • Ability to manage IT incidents, troubleshoot effectively, and document processes. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Team player with a problem-solving attitude. • Languages: Kurdish – Persian – Arabic. ⸻ 📧 How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: [email protected]
