Village Windmill Bakery is hiring a QA/QS HSE Supervisor – Erbil (Ganjan City) Type: Full-time Location: Erbil – Ganjan City Overview: Village Windmill Bakery is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA/QS HSE Supervisor to ensure all bakery operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily production processes to maintain quality standards. • Implement and maintain quality control systems, including raw material, in-process, and final product checks. • Document quality inspections and address non-conformities. • Enforce hygiene and safety protocols across all areas. • Monitor employee hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations. • Conduct inspections of safety equipment and train staff on HSE protocols. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of QA/QC or HSE experience, preferably in the food industry. • Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills. • Ability to work under pressure and resolve compliance issues.
