Bazian Power Plant is looking for a highly experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department and support the continuous operation of our state-of-the-art combined cycle power plant. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of all plant equipment. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and on-site execution of both routine and emergency maintenance activities across all systems, including turbines, generators, transformers, BOPs, control systems, and plant logic. You will lead a team of supervisors and maintenance professionals, ensuring safe and efficient operations while supporting plant and operations leadership. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Lead and supervise all planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Manage inventory, spare parts, tools, and consumables. Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly inspections, annual outages, and multi-year overhauls. Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, and first-response support for emergency situations. Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Develop and implement maintenance strategy, procedures, and KPIs. Support and mentor the maintenance team; conduct regular meetings and conflict resolution. Maintain CMMS, review security access levels, and ensure plant control systems are secure and updated. Collaborate closely with all departments (Operations, HSE, Admin, Supply Chain, IT, HR). 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years of industrial plant experience, with at least 5 in combined cycle power plants Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, controls, and plant systems Familiarity with CMMS, MS Office, AutoCAD, Project or Primavera Excellent communication, reporting, and team leadership skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) 𝐓𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲: Send your CV and cover letter to [[email protected]]
