Seeking an Events Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute mall events to increase foot traffic.
**POSITION TITLE ** **Events Specialist Baghdad Mall is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Shopping Mall Events Specialist. This role will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing engaging events and promotional activities to enhance the shopping experience and drive foot traffic to our mall. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain a comprehensive 12-month calendar for mall events and promotions. Work closely with department head to establish and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution. Lead all aspects of event operations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, om-site coordination, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluation. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in event management or related discipline. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event coverage.
