Chemonics International/ USAID is looking for a senior level of Learning and Adaptive Management Coordinator for Erbil base. Objective: The Learning and Adaptive Management Coordinator plays a key role in conducting complexity-aware program analysis, building program and partner capacity on adaptive management and complexity-aware evaluation methods, maintaining the program’s learning agenda, and enabling DCEO/Tahfeez to sustain an evidence-based adaptive management culture and robust feedback loop. The Learning and Adaptive Management Coordinator works directly with the Learning and Evaluation Director and collaborates closely with MEL, knowledge management, and inclusive development teams, as well as technical teams to analyze, document, and disseminate DCEO learning and best practices in a variety of program analysis products.
