Visit Kurdistan Company Junior Civil Engineer Erbil Email Application to: [email protected] Role Overview: Visit Kurdistan is seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Civil Engineer to join one of our project team. The candidate will provide comprehensive engineering support for the successful completion of the Project. Key Responsibilities: Project Supervision: Oversee the construction and installation of the related infrastructures. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to the senior Engineer. Assist in the preparation and review of engineering plans and specifications. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from project sites to assist in project planning and execution. Analyze collected data and prepare reports for senior engineers and management. AutoCAD and Drawing Software: #All_Kurdistan_Jobs Create and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other drawing software. Ensure all drawings are accurate and up to date. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project activities. Maintain accurate records of project progress and any issues encountered. Field Work: Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans. Collect necessary information and measurements from project sites. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and inspection of construction materials and structures. Ensure quality control and assurance in all engineering activities. Collaboration and Communication Skills: Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on project status. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project. Provide innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and drafting software for civil engineering applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges specific to the project. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams involved in the project. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project aspects of the project simultaneously. Strong skills of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on the project. Fluency in English (reading and writing) is essential. Kurdish fluency is a must. Ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.
