Job Vacancy – Admin & HR Support Officer (Female Only) Duhok – Malta (Golden Scissors Sewing Factory) Factory: Golden Scissors Industry: Manufacturing – Sewing Position: Admin & HR Support Officer Reporting to: Factory CEO / Support Manager Candidate Profile: Female candidates only Age: 25–35 Kurdish nationality, resident of Duhok Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related) Minimum 1 year relevant experience Languages: Kurdish: Mandatory Arabic: Good English: Basic–Intermediate Key Responsibilities: HR & Administration (70%): Employee records, attendance, recruitment support, performance follow-up, HR reports, policy compliance Warehouse Support (15%): Purchase requests, coordination with warehouse, basic inventory support Finance Support (15%): Invoice entry, payroll assistance, organized financial records Working Hours: Saturday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:00 PM Salary & Benefits: Salary: 400,000 – 750,000 IQD (negotiable based on experience) Lunch provided Transportation available for East Duhok areas (Buroshki, Mhabad, Diary, Askary) Annual leave: 12 days About Golden Scissors: Established in 2025, Golden Scissors is a professional sewing factory committed to high-quality production, organized operations, and international standards, working toward ISO certification. 📩 How to Apply: Apply through the provided link.
