HR Assistant needed for oil and gas company in Erbil. Responsible for HR documentation, employee travel, recruitment, and employee relations.
Sprint for Oil and Gas Services FZC – Kurdistan Branch is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Erbil. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic oil and gas environment. Key Responsibilities include: • Managing residency, work permits, and labor documentation in line with Iraq labor law • Coordinating employee travel arrangements and maintaining monthly travel reports • Maintaining accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files • Supporting employee relations initiatives, awareness sessions, and engagement activities • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Tracking probation, performance evaluations, compliance, and medical certifications • Monitoring insurance records and internal HR tracking reports • Supporting HR communications, newsletters, and representing the company at career events Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, English Language, or related field • 2–4 years of HR administration experience • Strong knowledge of residency and work permit procedures • Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality skills • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems At SPRINT, we believe in developing local talent and offering real opportunities for professional growth through practical experience and a supportive work environment.
