Role: Human Resource Officer (Manufacturing Sector) Location: Kirkuk Governorate, Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Kirkuk Governorate, Iraq. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee grievances. The HR Officer will also work closely with management to develop effective HR strategies and support overall company objectives. Qualifications HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills Experience in developing HR Policies and Job Description Development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
