**HSE Lead – EPC Company** 📍 Basra Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems • Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard analyses • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards • Deliver safety training and promote safety culture • Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures • Prepare daily and monthly HSE performance reports Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field • 7–9+ years of HSE experience (5 years in leadership role) • Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects • NEBOSH certification (mandatory), IOSH preferred • Strong leadership and analytical skills Working Details: • Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off • Local applicants from Basra only • Salary negotiable Apply: 📩 Email: [email protected] Deadline: 19 February 2026 Subject: HSE Lead
