Cedars International School is Hiring – Admin Staff (Erbil, Lawan) About the Role Join Cedars International School as a key member of our administrative team, based in the Lawan district of Erbil. You’ll support daily school operations and help maintain a smooth-running educational environment. Primary Responsibilities • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally • Prepare, organize, and manage documents and administrative files • Coordinate internal and external communications • Assist with student attendance tracking and class scheduling • Provide logistical support for school events and meetings • Assist with ordering and managing office supplies • Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) • 1–3 years of administrative experience—ideally in an educational setting • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure • English proficiency required; Kurdish or Arabic is a plus Employment Details • Location: Erbil – Lawan • Position: Admin Staff • Employment Type: Full-time How to Apply Please send your CV to [email protected] or contact 0750 591 9000 (WhatsApp or call).
