We’re Hiring: System Administrator Location: Erbil, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time Department: Information Technology About the Role: First Iraqi Bank (FIB) is seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and support the Bank’s servers, operating systems, and banking application environments. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, secure user access, and reliable day-to-day operations across the Bank. Key Responsibilities: • Manage user accounts, roles, and system access. • Perform and monitor End of Day (EOD) processing. • Troubleshoot system and application issues. • Support branches and business units with operational requests. • Maintain system configurations and ensure security compliance. • Participate in incident management and business continuity activities. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience in system administration. • Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Experience in banking systems is preferred. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. • MCSE or RHCE certification is preferred. • Good command of English.
