Location: #Erbil, #Iraq Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company values and employment laws. HRIS Management: • Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Generate HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making. • Provide technical support and training for HRIS users. • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting. • Drive digital transformation initiatives related to HR processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HRIS management. • Strong understanding of Iraqi labor law and recruitment best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. • Strong communication skills in English, Kurdish, and Arabic.
