Team Leadership & Management • Lead and supervise designers, content creators, media buyers, and account executives. • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. • Mentor team members and support skill development. 2. Strategy & Execution • Translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans. • Oversee campaign execution across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, content, activations). • Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment in all deliverables. • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data. 3. Client Management • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts when needed. • Present strategies, reports, and campaign results to clients. • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. 4. Performance & Reporting • Track campaign metrics and team productivity. • Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. • Identify growth opportunities for clients and the agency. 5.
