Yana Banking Services (YBS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding customer relationships, managing a growing client portfolio, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and grow a robust client pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. • Organize and lead meetings with key accounts to discuss their needs, provide solutions, and strengthen the partnership. • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the company. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions. • Provide exceptional support to customers throughout their journey, addressing any issues and offering solutions. • Deliver timely and precise sales forecasts to aid in planning and strategy. • Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and share insights. • Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations. Requirements and Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential. • 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have knowledge of the banking sector. • Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills. • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
