RSK Iraq – Site Supervisor ____ Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Supervise workers and subcontractors on daily site operations. • Deliver safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks. • Manage safety risks and maintain welfare facilities. • Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment deliveries. • Support the Project Manager with planning and reporting. • Ensure compliance through inspections and corrective actions. • Mentor new starters and promote a culture of respect and responsibility. ____ Person specification: • ROO PA Certificate, ROO Passport, ROO DDT, OSC, AGT Training. • First Aid and Fire Fighting Training (advantageous). • Strong computer and communication skills in English. • Knowledge of ROO procedures, safety systems, and mechanical processes. • Positive attitude, leadership spirit, and commitment to safety and teamwork.
