Seeking an experienced Executive Chef for Erbil International Hotel with over 10 years of culinary experience. Responsible for kitchen operations, menu development, and team leadership.
We Are Hiring – Executive Chef Location: Erbil International Hotel, Erbil – Iraq Key Responsibilities • Lead daily kitchen operations for restaurants, banquets, and events • Develop and deliver innovative menus at five-star international standards • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation • Train and mentor a multicultural team of chefs and kitchen staff • Maintain strict hygiene and HACCP compliance • Control food cost, inventory, and overall kitchen profitability • Collaborate with management on guest satisfaction and promotions Qualifications • 10+ years’ culinary experience, including 3+ years as Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel • Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training • Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills • Expertise in international cuisines and modern culinary techniques • Fluent in English & Arabic (Kurdish is a plus) Send your CV to [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
