Arcella for IT Services and Consulting, a subsidiary of Era Link is hiring a Site Survey, Installation & Maintenance Supervisor (EV Charging). Location: Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and Baghdad Start Date: January 2026 Role Overview: ● Visit candidate sites (compounds, malls, fuel stations, parking, highways) to collect data and assess suitability for EV charging installations. ● Use survey app to capture GPS coordinates, photos, videos, and documentation. ● Assess available electrical capacity, distances to panels, cable routing, and civil works needs. ● Evaluate site access, safety, lighting, traffic flow, and commercial potential. ● Prepare layout sketches, load estimates, and recommendations for charger types and quantities. ● Supervise technicians and contractors during installation and maintenance activities. ● Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and HSE procedures. ● Coordinate deliveries, tools, and site access; resolve day-to-day site issues. ● Conduct on-site tests and assist commissioning engineers in power and functional tests. ● Perform first-line troubleshooting and preventive maintenance visits. ● Complete site reports, as-built documentation, and handover checklists. ● Act as the main on-site point of contact with landlords, customers, and HSE inspectors. ● Coordinate with Legal and Commercial teams for location prioritization and negotiations. ● Provide accurate reporting and follow-up clarifications to design, technical, and legal teams. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Power, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering (or similar). ● 2–7 years of field experience in power, telecom, infrastructure, or industrial projects, including supervising installations. ● Ability to travel extensively within the region; valid driving license preferred. ● Strong documentation and basic CAD/diagram skills are an advantage. ● Good leadership skills and ability to manage small teams on-site. ● Strong understanding of electrical safety and basic HSE practices.
