NAWRAS Company is Hiring an (HR Officer) in Suleimaniye Job Title: Human Resources Officer Location: Head Quarters (Suleimaniye) Job Summary: A Human Resources (HR) Officer manages the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding new hires to handling payroll, benefits, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key duties include managing recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviewing), administering compensation and benefits, maintaining employee records, resolving employee relations issues, conducting training, and advising management on HR policies. They act as a link between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment while upholding company standards and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting vacancies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and managing paperwork. • Employee Relations: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution. • Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits programs (health, retirement), and ensuring fair pay. • Training & Development: Organizing training sessions, performance reviews, and career development programs. • HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring data confidentiality. • Policy & Compliance: Developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and advising on legal matters. Essential Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. • Proficiency with HR software and MS Office. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in Arabic.
