URGENT HIRING Center Accountant – VANEST Clinic & Dental Center Location: VANEST Clinic & Dental Center Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Salary: IQD 600,000 (Monthly) Gender Preference: Female Employment Type: Fixed Evening Shift Position Purpose The Center Accountant is responsible for cash collection, daily reconciliation, system entry, and monthly financial reporting for the clinic and dental center, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with internal controls. Key Responsibilities • Collect patient payments and issue receipts. • Perform daily cash count and reconciliation. • Prepare daily and monthly income reports. • Prepare doctor-wise income reports. • Track expenses covered by doctors vs. VANEST Dental Care. • Register and follow up insurance cases. • Enter all transactions into accounting / ERP systems. • Control coupons and discounts. • Maintain proper financial records and confidentiality. Qualifications & Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • Minimum 1 year relevant experience. • Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills. • Basic knowledge of ERP or accounting systems. • Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic (spoken and written). • High integrity, accuracy, and professionalism.
