Manage onboarding and retention of clients, identify market opportunities, and build strong client relationships in Erbil for INGOT Brokers.
Location: Erbil Position public relations Company: INGOT Brokers Responsibilities: On boarding new clients, acquisition of new clients and business opportunities in the area, also managing clients requests and following up with existing clients. Other responsibilities include: - Identifying market opportunities and trends. - Gain a strong understanding of the FX and CFDs marketplace, including pricing, execution, technology, market landscape, and more. - Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. - Ability to manage sales cycles while coordinating with several internal departments and stakeholders. - Learn and maintain top knowledge in an ever-changing market, including but not limited to regulatory conditions, internal product enhancements, and competition in the field. - Initiative in building strong client relationships and resolving client problems. Qualifications: - A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales or in the industry. - Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic and English. - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or showing experience in field. - Sales technology and CRM software experience - In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
