Seeking an organized and customer-friendly Admissions and Visa Officer to support university admission and visa processes, in Erbil with skills in communication, organization, and computer use.

We are looking for a motivated Admissions and Visa Officer to join our team in Erbil. Job Title: Admissions and Visa Officer Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admissions and Visa Officer to assist clients throughout the entire process of university admissions and visa applications. You will welcome clients to the office, help them prepare their documents, submit applications, and provide excellent customer service every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients, explaining study options and visa requirements. Complete and submit university admission and visa application forms. Collect, verify, and organize client documents. Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Liaise with universities, embassies, and partners as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client files. Resolve client questions and concerns promptly. Support a professional and welcoming office environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a strong advantage). Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, online forms). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Friendly, patient, and professional approach to customer service. Experience in visa, immigration, or education consultancy is an advantage but not required (training will be provided). Employment Terms: Working Days: Sunday to Thursday. Working Hours: 8 hours per day (schedule discussed during interview). Contract Duration: Initial 6-month contract. Probation Period: 3 months with performance review.
