Seeking a Service Advisor with diploma in mechanics or related fields for a branch in Soran. Responsible for customer queries, repair estimates, and service coordination.
Cihan Motors, Authorized Toyota Dealer is looking for a bright and aspiring Service Advisor to join the After-Sales team. Position: Service Advisor Hours: 8 Hrs. (Saturday to Thursday) Location: Soran District - Kurdistan Region Duties and responsibilities: • Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer's needs and accurate Repair order preparation. • Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity. • Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress. • Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times. • Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor, and lubricant charges. • Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealer's service and parts departments to all customers. • Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time. • Ensure all customer's vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time. • Ensure all filing is kept up to date (including customer history files and regular purging of inactive customer files). Education/Qualifications: • Diploma degree in Mechanics, or any other related fields. • Relative experience in the Automotive field may be advantageous. • Computer Knowledge. Job Requirements: • Proven customer relations skills both in person and over the telephone • Proven ability to communicate and determine customers’ needs and to sell the dealership's parts and service. • Capabilities based on features, advantages, and benefits • Basic automotive knowledge and experience • Legible writing and good administrative skills • Good communication skills (listening, questioning) • Good time management skills • Proven selling skills • Willingness to take the additional responsibility Skills: • Proficiency in Kurdish and English (Spoken and Written), the Arabic language is an asset. • Good computer skills: Office suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), E-mails, Internet. • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. • Strong reporting skills. • Good team player • Ability to think analytically • Planning and organizing To apply: Interested applicants can submit their most recent CV to [email protected] and mention in the subject line: [Service Advisor /Soran/040-09-25].
