Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Accountabilities: • Sell and execute all unauthorized products, packages and promotions • Obtain best-selling position in the account • Invoice products sold and obtain cash payments • Solicit new opportunities and source ADR support against these • Accurate use of Hand Held • Following all “Steps of the Call” and execution planner • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regulation rotation • Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to Al-Hayat Co. Pepsi Erbil standards • Follow the plan-o-gram specified for the route • Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts • Properly price products/ maintain required records • Accounts serviced as scheduled • Ensure safe vehicle operation • Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
