Title: Construction and Technical Affairs Specialist (Mid-Level). • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role. • Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic-Kurdish-English). • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project). • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices. • Working time is from 08:30 -17:30. • Working days 6 days per week. • Public holidays are available according to the official calendar. • Annual leave according to the Iraqi labor law. • Only Iraq nationality. • Only Male candidate.
