The role involves managing the accounting team, preparing accurate financial reports, and implementing best practices in financial management. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily accounting operations and manage the accounting team. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management. - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely collections and payments. - Develop annual budgets and monitor expenditures according to financial plans. - Improve and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits. - Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and standards. - Utilize ERP systems—particularly Odoo—to manage financial data and monitor performance.
