As the Website Coordinator, you will have the chance to be the maestro of our online presence, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the company website, including content updates, layout changes, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and creative team to implement website enhancements, new features, and improved functionalities. Optimize website performance for user experience (UX), ensuring high visitor engagement. Monitor website analytics and track key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and agencies as needed to support website development projects. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to website management and digital marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum Proven experience of Three Years in website management, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices is a plus. Strong English and Kurdish Language skills, Arabic Language is a plus.
