Job Opportunity: Workover Engineer OiLTECH is looking for experienced, local / Iraqi professionals to join our operations team in Basra, Iraq. Available Positions We are currently hiring for the following experienced field-based roles: Workover Engineer Location: Basra, Iraq Note: Iraqi Nationality Only Role Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in workover & completion operations and engineering. Strong familiarity with Basra field operations and client requirements. Must be a multi-skilled professional capable of handling cross-functional field activities. A hands-on attitude and willingness to work across field, plant, and office environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise or lead field operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Conduct technical reporting and accurate data interpretation. Prepare End of Well Reports and develop workover & completion programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Maintain good communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English. Working Details Work Location: Client sites in Basra (specifically Zubair field). Rotation: 2 weeks on / 1 week off (subject to operational workload). Salary: Compensation will be determined after the interview, based on experience and skill level.
