Seeking an Administrative Supervisor in Erbil with 2 years experience and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Job position: Administrative Supervisor Location: Erbil, Iraq- Kurdistan Hewa holding and it’s companies, A well known trading and construction firm is looking for creative and energetic administrative supervisor to join our team with the following qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Masters degree is an asset • Minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar role. • Be fluent in Kurdish. English & Arabic is asset. • Providing feedback to employees about their performance on a regular basis, documenting any concerns that may need to be addressed • Conducting regular meetings with supervisors and managers to discuss progress towards goals, issues with specific employees, or other relevant topics • Reviewing applications for employment, conducting interviews with candidates, and selecting candidates who best meet the requirements of the position • Maintaining employee records such as time cards, leave requests, and personnel files • Assigning tasks to other employees on a regular basis • Making sure that all necessary work is completed on time, within budget guidelines, and according to company standards • Reviewing and approving time sheets, expense reports, or other forms of documentation provided by employees to ensure accuracy • Reviewing reports generated by staff members to ensure that they are accurate and complete. • Report to senior manager. • Salary will be determined after the interview. • Working hours is 9:00am to 6:00pm.
