📢 Job Opportunity | Logistics Assistant Company: Unigaz (International Gas Sector) Unigaz is expanding its team and is looking for a Logistics Assistant to help support and enhance our operations. 🧾 Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of materials from suppliers to warehouses and project sites. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and efficient logistics operations while supporting procurement, warehouse, and project teams. 🔧 Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Procurement Team on material orders and delivery schedules Follow up with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery Track material movement from suppliers to warehouses and project sites Prepare and update delivery schedules and logistics reports Coordinate with project engineers to meet site requirements and urgent needs Monitor stock levels and support warehouse operations Maintain delivery documents, invoices, and material records Assist management with logistics and administrative tasks Contribute to reducing delays and improving supply efficiency 🎓 Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Experience: 2–4 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain Experience with suppliers and transport coordination preferred Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Familiarity with documentation and approval processes 💻 Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP, ERP) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to use basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks is a plus) Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills 🌐 Language Skills: Good command of Kurdish and Arabic English is a plus 📌 Other Requirements: Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays if needed) Valid driving license preferred 📩 How to Apply: Apply through the link below: https://unigaz.orangehrmlive.com/external/#/recruitment-apply/vacancy/378 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
