🚺🚺 مطلوب موظفة 🚺🚺 متخصصة مشتريات ولوجستيات / انثى (Procurement & Logistics specialist) تعلن شركة نور النبراس لتجارة العطور المركزة عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مسؤولة مشتريات الصين ولوجستيات (Procurement & Logistics Officer) للانضمام إلى فريق سلسلة التجهيز. المهام الرئيسية: • البحث عن الموردين الصين و اوربا وتقييمهم والتفاوض ومقارنة عروض الأسعار. • إدارة أوامر الشراء والتنسيق مع الموردين وشركات الشحن. • متابعة الشحنات من إصدار الطلب وحتى الاستلام النهائي. • متابعة وثائق الشحن وحالة التسليم. • إعداد وتحديث سجلات وتقارير المشتريات واللوجستيات. • التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان انسيابية عمليات التجهيز. المؤهلات: • الوظيفة مخصصة للإناث. • بكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التجهيز، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة. • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المشتريات واللوجستيات. • معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الشحن والاستيراد والوثائق اللوجستية. • إجادة Microsoft Excel وإعداد التقارير. • مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً. • مهارات قوية في التفاوض، التنظيم، التحليل وحل المشكلات. موقع العمل: بغداد – باب المعظم الدوام: 8:00 صباحاً – 5:00 مساءً للتقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى: [email protected] 07835600061
