مدير دعم فني تطبيقات فرصة عمل | Application Support Agent تعلن شركة عبر الفرات لتكنلوجيا المعلومات عن حاجتها لتوظيف Application Support Agent ضمن فريق الدعم الفني. المهام والمسؤوليات: • استقبال استفسارات المستخدمين ومعالجة المشاكل بشكل سريع وفعّال • تشخيص الأعطال وإجراء المعالجة الأولية (Troubleshooting) مع تصعيد الحالات المعقدة • تسجيل ومتابعة التذاكر (Tickets) وتوثيق جميع التفاصيل والإجراءات • إرشاد المستخدمين على استخدام النظام والـ workflows بشكل صحيح • الالتزام بإجراءات العمل (SOPs) ومعايير الأمان وإدارة الصلاحيات • دعم اختبار التحديثات والتأكد من جاهزية النظام بعد التعديلات • مراقبة أداء النظام والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل أو سلوك غير طبيعي • دعم المستخدمين الجدد وتقديم التوجيه الفني الأساسي المتطلبات: • بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات / علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذو صلة • خبرة 1–3 سنوات في الدعم الفني أو دعم التطبيقات • معرفة بأساسيات الأنظمة، قواعد البيانات، وTroubleshooting • خبرة باستخدام أنظمة التذاكر (Ticketing Systems) • مهارات تحليل وحل مشاكل قوية • مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع المستخدمين التقنيين وغير التقنيين الموقع: بغداد للتقديم: [email protected] سيتم التواصل مع المرشحين المختارين فقط للتقديم عن طريق الموقع : https://khana.jobs/jobs/2139 فرصتكم ويانة أكبر 🧡
