Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor mayonnaise production lines. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Supervise production, filling, and packaging processes. Identify and report technical issues or equipment malfunctions. Follow daily production plans and supervisors’ instructions. Requirements: Previous experience in food manufacturing (preferably mayonnaise or sauce factories). Basic knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP or similar). Ability to work in shifts.
