Job Description

Operate injection molding machines, perform mold changes, troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues, and conduct scheduled maintenance. Experience with Husky and Netstal machines preferred.

Position: Mechanic Technician Location: Babylon – Al-mohaweel –The High Way Key Responsibilities : 1- Have experience with injection molding machine especially Husky and Netstal machines. 2- Responsible for operating injection molding machines, making mold changes and setting up auxiliary equipment. 3- Experience with mold assembly and disassembly. 4- Troubleshoot injection molding machines. Hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting. 5- Provides emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine stoppage. 6- Complies with job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in the plant and corporate directives for safe performance of work assignment. 7- Maintains ISO procedures and work instructions. 8- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 9- Follows appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs) as guideline for operating and maintaining equipment. 10- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. 11- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and part numbers. 12- Reduce machine downtime and improve manufacturing process. 13- Perform problem analysis and resolution. 14- Other duties as assigned.
