🌟 Join Our Team as a Mech Technician! 🌟 Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Mech Technician to join our dynamic team in Basra-Iraq. If you have a passion for Oil & Gas industry and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you! 📍 Location: Basra-Iraq 📈 Positions Available: 2 🔹 Key Responsibilities: •Create notification as required. •Evaluate requirement for Emergency Work. •Should execute tasks on Work Order and Enter technical history and record man-hours and confirmation (History / Notification) •Should inform Production team immediately after work is completed. •Should populate and return all Job Feedback form daily. •Ensure Feedback Forms record recommendations for PM and CM improvements and Raise change notification as Required. •Demonstrate a full understanding in the way that risks are assessed. •Good Understanding of assurance tasks. •Comply with conditions stipulated on PTW after approval by Production Department. •Plans and organizes resources to meet the weekly plan and allocates work orders to the technician. •Prepare the PTW for approval by the Operations. •Support the Daily YTT meetings as and when required (review new and outstanding work) 🔹 Qualifications: •10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Fertilizers Sector and/or Process industry in Mechanical maintenance •Experience with rotating equipment maintenance (turbines, compressors, pump, fin fans, engines) •Having hands on experience about alignment, mechanical/dry gas seals installation, bearings replacement and condition monitoring of machines. •Smart knowledge and skill of mechanical components balancing of fans and impellers. •Hand on experience in precision measurement, trouble shooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA). •Good understanding of HSE processes and the practical implementation thereof. •Understanding of contracts and its management •Understanding of CMMS and its workflows/processes •Understanding of Change Management Processes •Problem solving and Decision-Making approach •Demonstrable experience in team development. •Clear fluent and expressive use of verbal and written English language Skill •Computer literacy (Outlook, MS-office, CMMS). •Emergency Response & Safety Management System includes PTW, JSA / Risk Assessment & incident reporting •Check/maintain audit of tool room and suggest new tools required. •Ability to read and understand electrical mechanical drawings, P&IDs, PFDs •Proven ability to interact effectively with people.
