🌟 Join Our Team as a Reliability Engineer! 🌟 Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team in Basra-Iraq. If you have a passion for Oil & Gas industry and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you! 📍 Location: Basra-Iraq 📈 Positions Available: 2 🔹 Key Responsibilities: •Data collection using condition monitoring techniques including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis on a daily basis, while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards. •Conduct vibration analysis for pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and gearboxes . •Perform oil analysis interpretation (wear metals, contamination, lubrication health). •Execute thermography inspections (electrical & mechanical). •Monitor online condition monitoring systems like Bently Nevada 3500 / system 1 / Emerson . •Prepare detailed technical reports and reliability improvement proposals . •Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and recommend corrective actions. •Review equipment history and identify recurring failure patterns. •Develop and optimize condition-based maintenance strategies and Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs. •Interface with OEMs and maintenance teams for technical solutions. •Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies. •Support Maintenance Strategy development in SAP/CMMS. 🔹 Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. •Vibration Analysis Certification (minimum Level II; Level III preferred) •Oil Analysis Certification (MLA Level 1) •CMRP or equivalent reliability certification (preferred) 📧 If you’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to our team’s success, please send your CV to **[email protected]**.
