تعلن شركة رملة للتطوير العقاري عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مهندس كهرباء اقدم (Senior Electrical Engineer) بخبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بهذا الاختصاص. المؤهلات: · شهادة بكالورويس او ماجستير هندسة كهرباء. · خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 - 14 سنة ويفضل مشاريع الابراج ومتعددة الاستخدمات و خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في ادوار في اداور ادارية و إدارة فرق الموقع · معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة الجهد المتوسط والمنخفض (MV/LV)، والإنارة، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)، وأنظمة الأمن. · إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وRevit MEP وDIALux. · خبرة في تصميم وحساب أنظمة توزيع الجهد المتوسط والمنخفض، ومحطات التحويل، وأنظمة الطاقة الاحتياطية (المولدات وUPS)، وأنظمة التحكم بالإنارة وإدارة مسارات الكابلات. المسؤوليات: · الإشراف على جميع الاعمال الكهربائية للمشاريع بما في ذلك أنظمة التيار المنخفض ELV · التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة الميكانيكية والمدنية والمعمارية لضمان لضمان عدم حدوث تعارضات. · مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) والمواد الفنية المقدمة. · متابعة أعمال المقاولين لضمان الجودة والالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع. · الاشراف على تركيب مخططات توزيع الطاقة والإضاءة وأنظمة التيار المنخفض. · ضمان مطابقة المواد والمعدات للمواصفات. مقر العمل:بغداد-الكرخ. طريقة التقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر البريد الإلكتروني مع ذكر مهندس كهرباء اقدم (Senior Electrical Engineer) في عنوان الإيميل. **[email protected]**
