We're #hiring. Join our team💚 Al-Ressom Al-Alamiya Furniture is Hiring! Job Title: Technicians Supervisor Job Location: Baghdad Duties: 1. Supervise technicians, logistics information, assets, and transactions, in the specified operation Area. 2. Plan and organize order schedules, and follow up with technicians. 3. Find solutions to technician issues, and liaise with other internal departments as necessary for quality assurance. 4. Support and participate in continuous improvement activities in order to optimize processes. 5. Ensure that customers’ furniture is installed well by the technician team. 6. Ensure that company information is communicated effectively to the team. 7. Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the company. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Technical, Engineering, Business, Business/Administration. 2. More than 3 years experience in field operations and project management. 3. Knowledge about the ticketing system. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 5. Able to prioritize and deliver project outcomes on deadlines. 6. Very good negotiation and strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
