Ninety nine real estate developers Is looking for .. * Operations Manager Location : Baghdad Al-Mansour Work days 6 / 8 hours Salary: depends on experience Main tasks… 1: Responsible about the projects database form A to Z 2: regular updates and editing the date base of the projects on CRM system 3: managing CRM system and monitoring and improving operational system and policies. 4: follow up with the consultants and construction team to take the latest updates on the projectc 5: follow up with the internal departments in the company to ensure smooth transition and clear information shared with others 6: responsible about all the documents required in the database and archive it 7: communities with sales departments and provide them with the projects information. 8: follow up with other departments to complete all the paperwork for sales process Required skills * Experience more than 3 years in ERP systems - bachelor degree in engineering field or computer engineering - fluent English and MSO program - - analytics mindset with problem solving capabilities If you are interested in joining us immediately, kindly share your CV by email [email protected]
