Job Title: Readvertised Sales Specialist (SaaS & BPO Solutions) Company: Sellink Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview: Sellink is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Prepare technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual). * Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. * Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, and have a minimum of five years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS or technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Kurdish and Arabic is considered an advantage. language: Kurdish, Arabic and English are required. Salary & Benefits * Fixed Salary: IQD 750,000 – 1,000,000 per month, based on interview performance and experience * Commission: 5% – 7% of the total contract value, based on interview evaluation and performance * Additional performance-based incentives may be considered based on achievements How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their application via email to [email protected].
