🚀 Transsion Holdings – Iraq is Hiring! We are currently #hiring an #AdminSpecialist in #Erbil to manage office administrative affairs and support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all office administrative affairs and ensure smooth daily operations. - Handle material procurement, purchasing processes, and inventory tracking. - Manage dormitory arrangements and office rental contracts, including coordination with landlords and service providers. - Arrange airport pick-up and drop-off services for employees and visitors. - Arrange and coordinate travel and transportation bookings as required for business needs. - Support other daily operational and administrative activities of the company. - Willingness to travel within Iraq when required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in administration or office management. - Experience in procurement and vendor coordination is an advantage. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. - Fluent in Kurdish , Arabic and English (spoken and written). 📩 interested candidates may apply to ([email protected]) with mentioning Admin Specialist in the subject 🗒️ #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
