Hiring HR Manager to support HR responsibilities in Basra, fluent in Arabic and English.
ABC Group is currently looking to hire an HR Manager, the ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, fluent in Arabic and English, with experience working within Basra where the position is based. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resource policies, programs, and practices and systems. *Responsibilities*: Human resource management of existing company staff using Best industry practices, Recruit and onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage payroll and other employee related tasks. *Qualifications*: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 7+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong ability to establish, and improve HR department and systems Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement If you believe you are qualified as per the above requirements then please send your CV to [email protected]
