Hiring an experienced parts advisor for Baghdad dealership to support sales and customer issues, minimum 3 years experience.

نحن نوظف مستشار قطع الغيار السيارات بغداد We are Hiring a Parts Advisor! Location: Baghdad. The parts advisor will have the following tasks: - Supports the Parts Manager and team to deliver objectives at the branch level. - Works with the Service and Workshop team to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out and ensure access to the requested parts to enable them to schedule and complete work on time. - Works with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to provide a seamless service to customers. - Works with colleagues across the Dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints. - Understands and follows relevant aspects of the operational guidelines. - Ensures non-parts sales opportunities are followed up by the most appropriate colleague. - Uses feedback to improve own skills and performance - Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times. - Adheres to health and safety requirements ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards. - Ensures own work area, vehicles, and clothing are kept clean, tidy, and in a safe condition to uphold CI and dealer standards Requirements: - Minimum 3 years experience / Dealer Experience Preferred. - Fluency in Arabic, is required, English is preferred.
