Ltd. 📂 **Department:** Design & Sales / Showroom Operations **Role Objective** Varmora Granito is looking for a **versatile Architect Engineer** to join the **Design & Sales team**. In this role, you will act as a **technical consultant for clients, architects, and interior designers**, helping transform their ideas into reality using Varmora’s premium tile and ceramic collections. **Key Responsibilities** • Create **2D and 3D designs**, floor plans, and wall elevations using software such as **AutoCAD or SketchUp**. • Meet with clients, architects, and contractors to recommend the most suitable tile products. • Prepare **Bill of Quantities (BoQ)** and project cost estimations. • Conduct **site visits** to take measurements and provide installation guidance when needed. • Stay updated on **ceramic design trends, finishes, and tile sizes**. **Requirements & Qualifications** • **Bachelor’s degree** in Architecture or Civil Engineering. • **1–3 years experience** in tiles, ceramics, or interior design industry preferred. • **AutoCAD proficiency is required.** • Knowledge of **3ds Max, Revit, or V-Ray** is a plus. • Strong **communication and consultative sales skills**. **Working Terms** 🕒 **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 hour lunch break) 📅 **Working Days:** Saturday – Thursday (Friday Off) 💰 **Salary:** Competitive salary + performance incentives **How to Apply** 📧 Send your **CV and design portfolio** to: **[email protected]**
