Job Vacancy – Architect Engineer (Design & Sales) 📍 Location: Erbil – Shorsh Street Branch 🏢 Company: Varmora Granito Pvt. Ltd. 📂 Department: Design & Sales / Showroom Operations Role Objective Varmora Granito is looking for a versatile Architect Engineer to join the Design & Sales team. In this role, you will act as a technical consultant for clients, architects, and interior designers, helping transform their ideas into reality using Varmora’s premium tile and ceramic collections. Key Responsibilities • Create 2D and 3D designs, floor plans, and wall elevations using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. • Meet with clients, architects, and contractors to recommend the most suitable tile products. • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and project cost estimations. • Conduct site visits to take measurements and provide installation guidance when needed. • Stay updated on ceramic design trends, finishes, and tile sizes. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. • 1–3 years experience in tiles, ceramics, or interior design industry preferred. • AutoCAD proficiency is required. • Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, or V-Ray is a plus. • Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
