اعلان وظيفة مطلوب مهندس معماري العمل في بغداد حصراً We are hiring an Architect in Baghdad Responsibilities: • Work with clients to understand their spatial and design requirements for office spaces. • Create detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models. • Utilize advanced design programs such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc., to bring concepts to life. • Work closely with the project management team to oversee the implementation of designs. Skills and Competencies: • Mastery of design principles and ability to create functional office spaces tailored to client needs. • Strong understanding of spatial planning and utilization to optimize office layouts for efficiency and productivity. • Effective communication with clients, project teams, and contractors to convey design concepts, address feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.   Experience and Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. • 1-2 years of proven experience as an Architect. • Fluency in Arabic language, advanced English. • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc. If you meet the qualifications, kindly send your CV to [email protected] with "Architect Baghdad" in the subject line.
